A world without wheels

French photographer did a series of other images, which introduced the ordinary cars in the world, where there was not invented the wheel.

Wheel rate as the most important invention of mankind.  No less important than the telescope, gunpowder and a four-slice toaster.  But what if mankind invented wheels, skipping in their development need to have vehicles on the ground? Maybe we'll get around to the antigravity engines in the future.  Now the only fantasy and a little Photoshop will enable us to appreciate the world without wheels.

French photographer Marion Renaud, has established six interesting frames in the series under the name Air Drive.  Frames depict cars of different eras in familiar surroundings, with one exception: they have no wheels.  Jaguar XK120, shot by photographer Cadillac DeVille, Chevrolet El Camino, Camaro and a couple of Mercedes-Benz.

One day, when our future becomes the past, we will be able to walk down the street and see with your own eyes the rust on pending air cars.  In the meantime, the world exists only in the head and photographs of Mr. Marion.
