Future Volkswagen vehicles will be equipped with wheels touchpads

Electrical Engineers research laboratory of Volkswagen, called ERL and located in Silicon Valley, have talked about the technologies that will appear in cars in the next five years. Among these we note autonomous parking system, the Traffic Jam Cruise, touchpad mounted on the steering wheel, connectivity between machines, 3D printing, iBeetle, Photo Souvenir and smart accessories.

Some of them already can be found on the concepts of multiple manufacturers.  What is each one?
